"You may have heard that Alaska Governor Sarah Palin has launched a political action committee so that she can pursue a national political career. We do not take political positions on political strategies or political candidates, but we are concerned when a national figure such as Governor Palin demonstrates a seriously misguided view about an important treaty coming before the U.S. Senate. That is the case with the Alaska Governor’s support of the dangerous U.N. Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS). "
