Missed Caucus? Want to be a delegate?
Delegates to our conventions for open delegate positions can still be appointed. If you missed
caucus and would like to serve as a delegate to our three conventions, the opportunity still exists.
Our conventions are:
BPOU Convention (Feb 18th): Elect state and CD5 delegates & vote on platform resolutions
BPOU Endorsing Convention (March 20th): Endorse candidates running for State Senate, State
House, City Council and School Board
BPOU Elections (March of 2011): Elect new BPOU leadership and State Central delegates
If you attended caucus and you have a neighbor or a friend in your district that would like to participate as a delegate please contact the BPOU Chair, John Anderson ASAP. There would be an absentee form that would need to be filled out before being appointed. There are also three open precinct chair positions (the 3 smallest precincts) that need to be filled as well. When appointed you will have a vote at the full committee which decides the direction of the BPOU.
