THIS IS ABOUT AS GOOD AS THEM WANTING TO CHANGE THE LAW OF PHYSICS! You will love this one, I haven't stop laughing yet. For those of you who have never traveled to the west, or southwest, cattle guards are horizontal steel rails placed at fence openings, in dug-out places in the roads adjacent to highways (sometimes across highways), to prevent cattle from crossing over that area.  For some reason the cattle will not step on the "guards," probably because they fear getting their feet caught between the rails.   A few months ago, President Obama received and was reading a report that there were over 100,000 cattle guards in Colorado .  The Colorado ranchers had protested his proposed changes in grazing policies, so he ordered the Secretary of the Interior to fire half of the “cattle” guards immediately! Before the Secretary of the Interior could respond and presumably try to straighten President Obama out on the matter, Vice-President Joe Biden, intervened with a request that...before any “cattle” guards were fired, they be given six months of retraining for Arizona border guards.  'Times are hard', said Joe Biden, 'it's only fair to the cattle guards and their families!'

 

And these two guys are running our country!

       In the Muslim faith a Muslim man can marry a child as young as 1
year
  old and have sexual intimacy with this child, consummating the marriage
by  9.
       The dowry is given to the family in exchange for the woman (who
  becomes his slave) and for the purchase of the private parts of the
woman,   to use her as a toy.
 
       Even though a woman is abused she can not obtain a divorce.  To
prove
  rape, the woman must have (4) male witnesses.
 
       Often after a woman has been raped, she is returned to her family
and
  the family must return the dowry.  The family has the right to execute
her
  (an honor killing) to restore the honor of the family. Husbands can beat
  their wives 'at will' and he does not have to say why he has beaten her.
 
       The husband is permitted to have (4 wives) and a temporary wife for
  an hour (prostitute) at his discretion.
 
       The Shariah Muslim law controls the private as well as the public
  life of the woman.
 
       In the West World (America) Muslim men are starting to demand
Shariah
  Law so the wife can not obtain a divorce and he can have full and
complete
  control of her.  It is amazing and alarming how many of our sisters and
  daughters attending American Universities are now marrying Muslim men  and

  submitting themselves and their children unsuspectingly to the Shariah
law.
 
       By passing this on, enlightened American women may avoid becoming a
  slave under Shariah Law.        Ripping the West in Two.
       Author and lecturer Nonie Darwish says the goal of radical  Islamists

  is to impose Shariah law on the world, ripping Western law and liberty  in
two.
 
       She recently authored the book, Cruel and Usual Punishment: The
  Terrifying Global Implications of Islamic Law.
 
       Darwish was born in Cairo and spent her childhood in Egypt and Gaza
  before immigrating to America in 1978, when she was eight years old. Her
  father died while leading covert attacks on Israel .  He was a
  high-ranking Egyptian military officer stationed with his family in  Gaza
.
 
       When he died, he was considered a "shahid," a martyr for jihad. His
  posthumous status earned Nonie and her family an elevated position in
  Muslim society.
 
       But Darwish developed a skeptical eye at an early age. She
questioned
  her own Muslim culture and upbringing.. She converted to Christianity
  after hearing a Christian preacher on television.
 
       In her latest book, Darwish warns about creeping sharia law - what
it
  is, what it means, and how it is manifested in Islamic countries.
 
       For the West, she says radical Islamists are working to impose
sharia
  on the world. If that happens, Western civilization will be destroyed.
  Westerners generally assume all religions encourage a respect for the
  dignity of each individual.  Islamic law (Sharia) teaches that
non-Muslims
  should be subjugated or killed in this world.
 
       Peace and prosperity for one's children is not as important as
  assuring that Islamic law rules everywhere in the Middle East and
  eventually in the world.
 
       While Westerners tend to think that all religions encourage some
form
  of the golden rule, Sharia teaches two systems of ethics - one for
Muslims
  and another for non-Muslims. Building on tribal practices of the seventh
  century, Sharia encourages the side of humanity that wants to take from
  and subjugate others..
 
       While Westerners tend to think in terms of religious people
  developing a personal understanding of and relationship with God, Sharia
  advocates executing people who ask difficult questions that could be
  interpreted as criticism.
 
       It's hard to imagine, that in this day and age, Islamic scholars
  agree that those who criticize Islam or choose to stop being Muslim
should
  be executed. Sadly, while talk of an Islamic reformation is common and
  even assumed by many in the West, such murmurings in the Middle East are
  silenced through intimidation.
 
       While Westerners are accustomed to an increase in religious
tolerance
  over time, Darwish explains how petro dollars are being used to grow an
  extremely intolerant form of political Islam in her native Egypt and
elsewhere.
 
       (In twenty years there will be enough Muslim voters in the U.S. To
  elect the President by themselves! Rest assured they will do so... You
can
  look at how they have taken over several towns in the USA .. Dearborn
  Mich. Is one... And there are others...)
 
       I think everyone in the U.S. Should be required to read this, but
  with the ACLU, there is no way this will be widely publicized, unless
each  of us sends it on!
 
       It is too bad that so many are disillusioned with life and
  Christianity to accept Muslims as peaceful.. some may be but they have  an

  army that is willing to shed blood in the name of Islam.. the peaceful
  support the warriors with their finances and own kind of patriotism to
  their religion. While America is getting rid of Christianity from all
  public sites and erasing God from the lives of children the Muslims are
  planning a great jihad on America ..

TIJUANA ­ Municipal police in Tijuana on Monday announced the arrest of a second man in the ambush-murder of U.S. Border Patrol Agent Robert Rosas Jr. near Campo in July 2009.

Marcos Manuel Rodriguez Perez, 26, was captured Monday in the La Mesa section of the city, said Adrian Hernandez Perez, general director of the Tijuana Municipal Police. Reading from a statement, Hernandez identified Rodriguez as the agent’s killer but did not elaborate.

The arrest was announced at a news conference at a Tijuana police substation. The news media was then taken to Rodriguez’s jail cell, where he was brought out to be photographed and questioned by reporters. When asked about his profession, he told them he was a welder.......

Vitter Comments on 9^th Circuit Decision to Block Enforcement of Arizona Immigration Law

(Washington, D.C.) - U.S. Sen. David Vitter today made the following statement after the 9^th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals refused to lift a stay blocking enforcement of the state of Arizona's immigration enforcement legislation passed last year:

            "It's outrageous that the Obama administration continues to fight to block this common-sense law, which simply allows Arizona to help enforce the immigration laws that the federal government has neglected for years," said Vitter.  "That's why I introduced an amendment last year that would have prevented the administration from suing - with taxpayers' money -- to block the Arizona law and will continue to fight to allow the law to go into effect despite this disappointing decision by the liberal 9^th Circuit."

            The Arizona law, SB 1070, explicitly forbids racial profiling and grants state law enforcement officials the authority to enforce federal immigration laws by allowing them to inquire about the immigration status of individuals who are lawfully stopped for other crimes.  This mirrors existing federal law and does not empower police officers with any new authority. Vitter's legislation last year would have prohibited President Obama's administration, including the Department of Justice and other agencies, from participating in lawsuits seeking to invalidate SB 1070.

            Vitter serves as chairman of the U.S. Senate Border Security and Enforcement First Immigration Caucus.

U.S. Pays To Upgrade Mexican Trucks

In the latest effort to accommodate its cherished trade partner in the south, the U.S. government is paying to upgrade outdated Mexican trucks that hemorrhage illegal amounts of exhaust on their trips north to deliver merchandise.

The Mexican trucks enter the U.S. under a 17-year-old international trade pact known as the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and they’ve created an air pollution crisis. The air quality in border towns has been especially impacted by the exorbitant levels of exhaust released by the Mexican trucks, which also fail to meet American safety standards.

Since the Mexican truckers have no intention of fixing the problem, Uncle Sam has stepped in to save the environment. U.S. taxpayers have picked up the cost to replace old mufflers on dozens of trucks and many more are scheduled to be upgraded by the middle of this year. The unbelievable story was reported this week by an Arizona newspaper that says replacing the old mufflers with new catalytic converters will reduce harmful diesel emissions by up to 30%.

The Arizona Department of Environmental Quality is running the operation but the money is actually coming from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the same bloated federal agency that’s dedicated millions to “environmental justice” programs that help minorities get green. Under that brilliant EPA project, leftwing groups get federal dollars to teach black, Latino and indigenous folks how to recycle, reduce carbon emissions and participate in “green jobs” training.

In this genius case, EPA grants have upgraded 55 Mexican trucks and many more will be enhanced this year. Each truck costs U.S. taxpayers about $1,600. The feds justify the expenditure by claiming that it will improve air quality on both sides of the border, especially in towns that are helpless due to lack of resources. The director of Arizona ’s Department of Environmental Quality says it’s all about establishing a “relationship on environmental issues.”

U.S. truck drivers are required to have the type of converters that Mexicans are getting from the American government, though they must pay for theirs. For years, the idea of Mexican trucks entering the U.S. under NAFTA has been a contentious issue because they follow the notoriously dismal safety standards of a third-world country.

In fact, a few years ago the Department of Transportation’s Inspector General determined that Mexican trucks that regularly travel throughout American highways are rarely checked for safety by U.S. authorities despite a provision requiring it. Rules requiring that every Mexican truck undergo a thorough safety compliance check and that every driver has a valid license and is proficient in English have been virtually ignored, according to the IG’s findings.

HUD Launches ‘Live Free’ Campaign to Combat Housing Discrimination Against Immigrants

(CNSNews.com) - April is National Fair Housing Month, and to mark the occasion, the Obama administration is addressing discrimination in housing based on national origin.

The emphasis is on immigrants, legal or illegal.

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) announced on Monday that it plans to educate the public -- through community talks and a media campaign -- about discrimination against "persons of foreign descent."

“Through this education campaign, HUD will work with communities to prevent housing discrimination and promote immigrant integration into the broader society," said John Trasvina, HUD Assistant Secretary for Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity.

HUD's "Live Free" national media campaign includes a print advertisement featuring a Latino worker looking into the horizon, with a caption in Spanish reading: "You have the right to live where you choose. Report housing discrimination."

HUD points to Census data showing that "newcomers" are settling not only in "gateway states," but also in communities across the Midwest and South.

The Fair Housing Act prohibits discrimination in rental, sales or home lending transactions based on a person's national origin. This includes discrimination based on a person's ancestry, country of birth outside the United States, and the language they speak.

HUD notes that national origin discrimination often involves immigrants or non-English speaking individuals, but it can also involve native-born U.S. citizens based on their family ancestry. The Fair Housing Act specifically bars discrimination based on race, color, religion, gender, disability, and family status discrimination.

HUD recently awarded nearly $41 million to 108 fair housing organizations and non-profit agencies across the country to educate the public and combat housing and lending discrimination.

Many of the groups will use the grants to address discrimination against immigrants, Latinos, non-native English speakers and minority communities.

Some examples of how the grants will be used include the following:

-- The Fair Housing Council of Riverside County, California, will test for discrimination based on national origin in the sale and rental of housing units;

-- The Equal Rights Center in Washington, D.C., will investigate 240 new complaints of housing discrimination based on national origin;

-- The Idaho Legal Aid Services will broadcast public service announcements in Spanish about FHA lending information; and

-- Prairie State Legal Services in Rockford, Illinois, will focus on educational outreach to Spanish-speaking residents

As you might remember, this bill passed the House of Representatives in 2005 by an overwhelming vote of 376-38, but the Senate never voted on the bill.

The average age of the military man is 19 years

He is a short haired, tight-muscled kid who,

under normal circumstances is considered by

society as half man, half boy. Not yet dry behind

the ears, not old enough to buy a beer, but old

enough to die for his country. He never really

cared much for work and he would rather wax

his own car than wash his father's, but he has

never collected unemployment either.

He's a recent High School graduate; he was probably an average student, pursued some form of sport

activities, drives a ten year old jalopy, and has a

steady girlfriend that either broke up with him when

he left, or swears to be waiting when he returns from half a world away. He listens to rock and roll or hip-hop or rap or jazz or swing and a 155mm howitzer.

He is 10 or 15 pounds lighter now than when he

was at home because he is working or fighting

from before dawn to well after dusk. He has

trouble spelling, thus letter writing is a pain for him,

but he can field strip a rifle in 30 seconds and

reassemble it in less time in the dark. He can recite

to you the nomenclature of a machine gun or grenade launcher and use either one effectively if he must..

He digs foxholes and latrines and can apply first aid like a professional.

He can march until he is told to stop,

or stop until he is told to march.

He obeys orders instantly and without hesitation,

but he is not without spirit or individual dignity.

He is self-sufficient.

He has two sets of fatigues: he washes one and wears the other He keeps his canteens full and his feet dry.

He sometimes forgets to brush his teeth, but never

to clean his rifle. He can cook his own meals, mend

his own clothes, and fix his own hurts.

If you're thirsty, he'll share his water with you; if you

are hungry, his food. He'll even split his ammunition

with you in the midst of battle when you run low..

He has learned to use his hands like weapons

and weapons like they were his hands.

He can save your life - or take it, because that is his job.

He will often do twice the work of a civilian, draw half the pay, and still find ironic humor in it all.

He has seen more suffering and death than he should have in his short lifetime.

He has wept in public and in private, for friends who have fallen in combat and is unashamed..

He feels every note of the National Anthem vibrate through his body while at rigid attention, while tempering the burning desire to 'square-away ' those around him who haven't bothered to stand, remove their hat, or even stop talking.

In an odd twist, day in and day out, far from home, he defends their right to be disrespectful.

Just as did his Father, Grandfather, and Great-grandfather, he is paying the price for our freedom. Beardless or not, he is not a boy. He is the American Fighting Man that has kept this country free for over 200 years..

He has asked nothing in return, except

our friendship and understanding

Remember him, always, for he has earned our respect and admiration with his blood.

And now we even have women over there in danger, doing their part in this tradition of going to War when our nation calls us to do so.

As you go to bed tonight, remember this shot. ...

loved ones in their helmets.

“If the proposed regulations are approved, private, church-run agencies would be required to process adoption applications from same-sex couples and would be prohibited from considering the couple’s sexual orientation as a reason to refuse placement of a child in their home.”

Social Security Cards up until the 1980s expressly stated the number and card were not to be used for identification purposes. Since nearly everyone in the United States now has a number, it became convenient to use it anyway and the message,
NOT FOR IDENTIFICATION,was removed.

Our Social Security

Franklin Roosevelt, a Democrat, introduced the Social Security (FICA) Program.

He promised:

1.) That participation in the Program would be
Completely voluntary,

No longer Voluntary

2.) That the participants would only have to pay 1% of the first $1,400 of their annual Incomes into the Program,

Now 7.65%
on the first $90,000

3.) That the money the participants elected to put into the Program would be deductible from  their income for tax purposes each year,

No longer tax deductible

4.) That the money the participants put into the independent 'Trust Fund' rather than into the
general operating fund, and therefore, would only be used to fund the Social Security Retirement Program, and no other Government program, and,

Under Johnson the money was moved to
The General Fund and Spent

5.) That the annuity payments to the retirees would never be taxed as income.

Up to 85% of your Social Security can be Taxed

Since many of us have paid into FICA for years and are now receiving a Social Security check every month -- and then finding that we are getting taxed on 85% of the money we paid to the Federal government to 'put away' -- you may be interested in the following:

Jimmy Carter and the Democratic Party.  
Immigrants moved into this country, and at age 65,
began to receive Social Security payments! The
Democratic Party gave these payments to them,
even though they never paid a dime into it!

Then, after violating the original contract (FICA),
the Democrats turn around and tell you that the Republicans want to take your Social Security away!

And the worst part about it is uninformed citizens believe it!

If enough people receive this, maybe a seed of awareness will be planted and maybe changes will evolve.
