The act of a madman that bought tragedy to Tucson is now being cynically repackaged by the Left as a means of launching an organized effort to SILENCE the voices of those that disagree with the Obama regime.
As Tom Fitton with Judicial Watch put it: "Don’t be fooled by any calls for 'civility' by President Obama, his leftist political allies, or even Establishment-types in the Republican Party. The Left thinks it is necessarily uncivil to challenge the corruption endemic to Washington, DC. Calls for civility are a polite way of saying conservative critics of Washington should 'shut up.' And too many liberals suggested this week that conservatives 'shut up' or go to jail."
But liberals aren't just TELLING you to shut-up... they're going to MAKE YOU SHUT-UP.
In recent weeks Barack Obama's minions in the FCC, even though the courts told them they did not have the power or the authority to do so, have already already implemented a POLICY TO REGULATE THE INTERNET.
When the FCC added the Internet to its portfolio, FCC Commissioner Meredith Atwell Baker rightly said: "We have two branches of government — Congress and the courts — expressing grave concerns with our agency becoming increasingly unmoored from our statutory authority. By seeking to regulate the Internet now, we exceed the authority Congress has given us, and justify those concerns."
And now with the Internet in its clutches, leftists are now pushing for a reintroduction of the so-called Fairness Doctrine... they are coming at you to further squash your 1st Amendment rights.

But Obama and his minions know better (or so they think). As far as they are concerned, the pesky 1st Amendment is getting in the way... interfering with their plans to establish their socialist utopia... it’s getting in their way so they're going to effectively neuter it through regulations they do not have the actual power to institute or enforce.
And they're gearing up for battle. According to syndicated columnist Michele Malkin: "New York Democratic Rep. Louise Slaughter assailed the Federal Communications Commission for failing to police broadcast content and vowed to 'look into' more aggressive language monitoring."
The Constitution has been a beacon of liberty for over 200 years. Leftists have dreamed for years of a way to shut it down, to carry out their sordid plans under the cover of darkness and now they are trying to do just that.
For far too long, the liberal media has controlled what Americans see and hear, but in recent years talk-radio and the Internet sprang forth and became venues which allowed patriotic Americans to obtain the truth.
So now the FCC is waiting in the wings and is about to unleash its fury. The Left's favorite weapon of control is about begin its takeover of the airwaves and the Internet. The voices of freedom are about to be strangled by red tape.
Its up to us to stop them. We must not allow them to squelch those voices that speak out... those voices that speak the truth... those voices that believe that the Constitution should be preserved and enforced for us and the generations to come.

“It’s time to rethink the parameters of free speech” says Rep Jim Clyburn (D-SC), a leading light in calling for the reintroduction of the Fairness Doctrine; but in reality, Clyburn is saying it’s time to stop the people who don’t like what liberals are doing from saying so.
Media matters CEO David Brock has called for Fox News to fire Sarah Palin and Glenn Beck. Why? Because they exercise their constitutional right... they speak the truth and those in power don’t like what they have to say.
FCC's Chief Diversity Officer Mark Lloyd says that: "blind references to freedom of speech or the press serve as a distraction from the critical examination of other communications policies." How dare we, the people, believe blindly in the Constitution. What were we thinking, believing that freedom was a good thing.
The truth is that the left is scared. They are scared that as long as the American people know what is going on they'll throw off the Left's wicked policies of control before they can be enacted... and the Left is right.
