Meet Karl Marx
This is from The Constitutional Gathering Place.com
http://www.constitutionalistgatheringplace.com/
HAVE YOU-READ "THE COMMUNIST MANIFESTO" WRITTEN BY KARL MARX IN 1848?
MARX HAD "10 PLANKS" THAT THIS EVIL MANIFESTO WAS BASED UPON AND HE
ADVOCATED THE USE OF ANY MEANS TO ACCOMPLISH THESE SOCIALIST GOALS
INCLUDING VIOLENT REVOLUTIONS. THE PLANKS ARE LISTED BELLOW, WITH
COMMENTS ON HOW IT APPLIES TO AMERICA TODAY.
10 PLANKS OF COMMUNISM BY KARL MARX
1. ABOLITION OF PRIVATE PROPERTY IN LAND AND APPLICATION OF ALL RENTS
OF LAND TO PUBLIC PURPOSE.
_This is where eminent domain comes into the picture, and even
property taxes. Once you own your property outright by paying off your
mortgage, you still don't technically own it because the government
could jack up property taxes so high that it makes it unaffordable to
remain._
2. A heavy progressive or graduated income tax.
_MARGINAL TAX RATES INCREASING AS INCOME GOES UP IS A GRADUATED INCOME
TAX. THIS IS IN OPPOSITION TO A MORE FAIR TAX LIKE A NATIONAL SALES TAX
OR FLAT TAX WHERE A PERSON IS NOT TAXED AT A HIGHER RATE THE MORE
INCOME
THEY EARN._
3. Abolition of all rights of inheritance.
_In the U.S. these can be seen as estate taxes (i.e. the death tax)._
4. Confiscation of the property of all emigrants and rebels.
_This is nothing more than government seizures, IRS property
confiscation and the 1997 Crime/Terrorist bill which calls for the
imprisonment of_ _terrorists (not such a bad thing), but also for those
who speak out against the government. Your LIFE is the most valuable
property you have, but the government has the right to take it away
because of things that you may say. Consider Senate Bill 3081, the
"Enemy Belligerent, Interrogation, Detention, and Prosecution Act of
2010," co-sponsored by Sens. John McCain and Joe Lieberman. The
following is actual text from the bill that explains what a belligerent
may be and the reasons they can be detained without due process: "(A)
The potential threat the individual poses for an attack on civilians or
civilian facilities within the United States or upon United States
citizens or United States civilian facilities abroad at the time of
capture or when coming under the custody or control of the United
States… (B) The potential threat the individual poses to United States
military personnel or United States military facilities at the time of
capture or when coming under the custody or control of the United
States…. (C) The potential intelligence value of the individual… (D)
Membership in AL-Qaeda or in a terrorist group affiliated with
AL-Qaeda… (E) Such other matters as the president considers
appropriate. . ." [THIS IS WHERE THERE IS A MAJOR, MAJOR PROBLEM] This
is very subjective and could include a multitude of things – even just
disagreements on policy!_
5. Centralization of credit in the hands of the state, by means of a
national bank with state capital and an exclusive monopoly.
_This is an easy one. The Federal Reserve Act of 1913 created the
Federal Reserve, and now the government owns many of the country’s
largest banks via bailout money. Government control of private industry
is just a polite way of saying FASCISM!!!!_
6. Centralization of the means of communication and transportation in
the hands of the state.
_The FAA, FCC, and the ICC (Interstate Commerce Commission) are all
government entities that propose to regulate how we travel and what is
said. There is nothing particularly disturbing about this now, but what
about in the future? Could the government shut down communication or
transportation for various people groups? Yes, they could pretty much
do
whatever they want. There is no competition here. There is no free
market private entity as a choice. I thought the government made
monopolies illegal? Oh, that's right they did, except for where they
have a monopoly._
7. Extension of factories and instruments of production owned by the
state; the bringing into cultivation of waste lands, and the
improvement
of the soil generally in accordance with a common plan.
_Recent events have made this one very disturbing. On June 9, 2011
President Obama signed into law Executive Order 13575 in which the
intent is to seize greater power over "food, fiber, and energy." A
great
article explaining this was written by Raven Clabough and posted on the
New American [1]website._
8. Equal obligation of all to work and the establishment of industrial
armies, especially for agriculture.
_Because of high inflation and higher taxes our society has been
thrust into a dual income family at the minimum. In many instances both
husband and wife have multiple jobs._
9. Combination of agriculture with manufacturing industries; gradual
abolition of the distinction between town and country by a more equable
distribution of the population over the country.
_Agenda 21_
10. Free education for all children in government schools and abolition
of children's factory labor in its present form – combination of
education with industrial production, etc.
_The public school system and the department of education indoctrinate
our kids into the agenda that the federal government wants for our
children. Both the national department of education and the state level
departments of education adhere to an outcome based education model
where excellence in not rewarded and lackluster performance is not
dealt with in the proper manner so kids don't get their feelings hurt. The
whole standard of "equalization" is drilled into our kids' heads
through
the public school system so by the time they graduate they are
"socialized."_
ANALYZING WHERE AMERICA IS NOW
ACCORDING TO MARX'S VISION OF COMMUNISM WE ARE ABOUT 90 PERCENT THERE.
GOOD GRIEF! IT'S TIME TO WAKE UP AND TAKE ACTION NOW BEFORE IT IS TOO
LATE AND THE FREEDOMS THAT WE HAVE COME TO EXPECT IN OUR BELOVED
COUNTRY
ARE TOTALLY STRIPPED AWAY FROM US.
A CALL TO ACTION
THE CHURCH NEEDS TO WAKE UP AND BECOME ACTIVE. WE REALLY NEED TO
BECOME LIKE A MODERN DAY Dietrich Bonhoeffer , WHO SPOKE THE TRUTH IN THE
MIDST OF RELENTLESS OPPOSITION AND PERSECUTION IN NAZI CONTROLLED
GERMANY. GULP! WHAT A SLAP IN THE FACE TO US CHRISTIANS. WE NEED TO
LOVE OUR ENEMIES. WE NEED TO PRAY FOR THOSE IN AUTHORITY. WE ARE SO
WILLING TO RECEIVE GRACE, BUT SO UNWILLING TO GIVE IT. IF WE AS
CHRISTIANS WOULD ACT LIKE IT, PRAY WITHOUT CEASING, LOVE UNTIL IT
HURTS,
AND NEVER STOP FIGHTING FOR TRUTH, WE WILL BE VICTORIOUS.
BUT, WE NEED TO TRANSFORM OURSELVES FROM THE INSIDE OUT. TRANSFORMED
PEOPLE TRANSFORM FAMILIES. TRANSFORMED FAMILIES TRANSFORM CITIES.
TRANSFORMED CITIES CAN TRANSFORM A CULTURE, AND WITH A TRANSFORMED
CULTURE, A NATION CAN BE SAVED! GOD'S WORD IN 2 CHRONICLES 7:14 SHOULD
BE OUR BATTLE CRY: "IF MY PEOPLE, WHO ARE CALLED BY MY NAME, WILL
HUMBLE
THEMSELVES AND PRAY AND SEEK MY FACE AND TURN FROM THEIR WICKED WAYS,
THEN WILL I HEAR FROM HEAVEN AND WILL FORGIVE THEIR SIN AND WILL HEAL
THEIR LAND."
WHAT ELSE CAN WE DO? GET INVOLVED AND MAKE OUR COLLECTIVE VOICE HEARD.
WE DO HAVE THE POWER TO VOTE OUT THE IRRESPONSIBLE GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS
WHO ARE MARCHING US DOWN THE ROAD TO SERFDOM. INFLATION, HIGH TAXES,
UNEMPLOYMENT, A COLLAPSING DOLLAR, AND SOON TO BE RISING INTEREST RATES
WILL SOON DESTROY THE REPUBLIC IF WE DO NOT ACT NOW.
WHAT CAN WE DO?

What it means to come to America & become a citizen
VIETNAM IMMIGRANT
It
looks like we did some good after all! On Saturday, July 24th, 2010 the
town of Prescott Valley , AZ, hosted a Freedom Rally. Quang Nguyen was
asked to speak on his experience of coming to America and what it means.
He spoke the following in dedication to all Vietnam Veterans. Thought
you might enjoy hearing what he had to say:
“35 years ago, if you were to tell me that I am going to stand up here speaking to a couple thousand patriots, in English, I'd laugh at you. Man, every morning I wake up thanking God for putting me and my family in the greatest country on earth.
“I just want you all to know that the American dream does exist and I am living the American dream. I was asked to speak to you about my experience as a first generation Vietnamese-American, but I'd rather speak to you as an American.
“If you hadn't noticed, I am not white and I feel pretty comfortable with my people.
“I am a proud US citizen and here is my proof. It took me 8 years to get it, waiting in endless lines, but I got it, and I am very proud of it.
“I still remember the images of the Tet offensive in 1968, I was six years old. Now you might want to question how a 6-year-old boy could remember anything. Trust me, those images can never be erased. I can't even imagine what it was like for young American soldiers, 10,000 miles away from home, fighting on my behalf.
“35 years ago, I left South Vietnam for political asylum. The war had ended. A t the age of 13, I left with the understanding that I may or may not ever get to see my siblings or parents again. I was one of the first lucky 100,000 Vietnamese allowed to come to the US . Somehow, my family and I were reunited 5 months later, amazingly, in California . It was a miracle from God.
“If you haven't heard lately that this is the greatest country on earth, I am telling you that right now. It was the freedom and the opportunities presented to me that put me here with all of you tonight. I also remember the barriers that I had to overcome every step of the way. My high school counselor told me that I cannot make it to college due to my poor communication skills. I proved him wrong. I finished college. You see, all you have to do is to give this little boy an opportunity and encourage him to take and run with it. Well, I took the opportunity and here I am.
“This person standing tonight in front of you could not exist under a socialist/communist environment. By the way, if you think socialism is the way to go, I am sure many people here will chip in to get you a one-way ticket out of here. And if you didn't know, the only difference between socialism and communism is an AK-47 aimed at your head. That was my experience.
“In 1982, I stood with a thousand new immigrants, reciting the Pledge of Allegiance and listening to the National Anthem for the first time as an American. To this day, I can't remember anything sweeter and more patriotic than that moment in my life.
“Fast forwarding, somehow I finished high school, finished college, and like any other goofball 21 year old kid, I was having a great time with my life. I had a nice job and a nice apartment in Southern California . In some way and somehow, I had forgotten how I got here and why I was here.
“One day I was at a gas station, I saw a veteran pumping gas on the other side of the island. I don't know what made me do it, but I walked over and asked if he had served in Vietnam He smiled and said yes. I shook and held his hand. The grown man began to well up. I walked away as fast as I could and at that very moment, I was emotionally rocked. This was a profound moment in my life. I knew something had to change in my life. It was time for me to learn how to be a good citizen. It was time for me to give back.
“You see, America is not just a place on the map, it isn't just a physical location. It is an ideal, a concept. And if you are an American, you must understand the concept, you must accept this concept, and most importantly, you have to fight and defend this concept. This is about Freedom and not free stuff. And that is why I am standing up here.
“Brothers and sisters, to be a real American, the very least you must do is to learn English and understand it well. In my humble opinion, you cannot be a faithful patriotic citizen if you can't speak the language of the country you live in. Take this document of 46 pages - last I looked on the Internet, there wasn't a Vietnamese translation of the US Constitution. It took me a long time to get to the point of being able to converse and until this day, I still struggle to come up with the right words. It's not easy, but if it's too easy, it's not worth doing.
“Before I knew this 46-page document, I learned of the 500,000 Americans who fought for this little boy. I learned of the 58,000 names scribed on the black wall at the Vietnam Memorial. You are my heroes. You are my founders.
“At this time, I would like to ask all the Vietnam veterans to please stand. I thank you for my life. I thank you for your sacrifices, and I thank you for giving me the freedom and liberty I have today. I now ask all veterans, firefighters, and police officers, to please stand. On behalf of all first generation immigrants, I thank you for your services and may God bless you all.”

Notice that he referred to himself as an American, NOT Vietnamese - American.
How good it would be here in America if all of the immigrants---no, EVERYONE--- felt like Quang Nguyen.

Smoked out
Sooner or later, the "wolves in sheep's clothing" get smoked out.
If we keep the pressure on politicians, we can pin them down on where they stand on the Life at Conception Act and real protections for the unborn.
A good example of the results of pro-life activism is Heath Shuler, a congressman from North Carolina, who announced he is not running for re-election.
And with good reason!
As a politician in a strong pro-life district, Shuler joined Bart Stupak's coalition in voting for pro-life amendments to Nancy Pelosi's version of ObamaCare.
But in the end, Pelosi pressured Democrats to ram through a version of ObamaCare with billions in taxpayer dollars for abortion.
At that point, Bart Stupak and most "blue dog" Democrats caved.
But word got out that Nancy Pelosi allowed Heath Shuler to vote against passage of ObamaCare to help his re-election chances.
Thanks to Pelosi, Heath Shuler survived re-election.
But since then, Shuler has shown his true colors.
When the pro-life majority in the House of Representatives voted to repeal ObamaCare, along with all taxpayer funding of abortion provisions, Shuler cast his vote with Pelosi and the abortion lobby.
When forced to choose between loyalty to the radical abortion lobby and loyalty to the people of his district, Shuler chose Pelosi.
Now the good news is, just like Bart Stupak, Heath Shuler decided to resign rather than answer to the voters this coming November.
Good bye and good riddance.
For Life,
Martin Fox, President
National Pro-Life Alliance
P.S. If you can, please consider chipping in with a small donation to help the National Pro-Life Alliance to expand our mobilization program to contact more pro-lifers, and to hold politicians like Shuler accountable for their pro-abortion votes.

Soros Support for Retention Elections
Sent on behalf of Ronald Niemala:
Judicial Activists -
GEORGE
SOROS WANTS TO CONTROL THE COURTS THROUGH RETENTION ELECTIONS. Just
one more reason we need to stop HF1666 SF1465, the Quie Amendment,
Missouri Plan and anything similar from being enacted in Minnesota. We
already have Dayton and Richie…..do we needed an “all appointed
judiciary” as well?
Please read below from FOX News:
Billionaire
George Soros spends tens of millions each year supporting a range of
liberal social and political causes, from drug legalization to
immigration reform to gay marriage to abolishing the death penalty.
But a less well-known Soros priority -- replacing elections for
judges with selection-by-committee -- now has critics accusing him of
trying to stack the courts.
Most non-federal
judges around the country are selected by voters in elections. But some
states use a process called “merit selection” in which a committee –
often made up of lawyers – appoints judges to the bench instead.
Soros has spent several million dollars in the past
decade in an attempt to get more states to scrap elections and adopt the
merit method. Supporters say it would allow judges to focus on
interpreting the law rather than on raising campaign funds and winning
elections.
“Merit selection would end the money race and get
judges out of the fundraising business,” Lynn Marks, executive director
of Pennsylvanians for Modern Courts -- a group that has received money
from Soros’ Open Society Institute -- told FoxNews.com.
But critics say that if judges are picked by
committee -- often, a committee of lawyers -- that will give left-wing
judges the upper hand.
“The left can’t get
their agenda through the legislatures anymore … so they think they can
get their agenda through by taking over the courts,” attorney Colleen
Pero, author of a new report titled "Hijacking Justice," told
FoxNews.com.
Pero’s report found that Soros, through his Open
Society Institute fund, has given $45 million over the last decade to “a
campaign to reshape the judiciary.” But that number is hotly contested
by Justice at Stake, the group that got the most Soros money.
“It’s a horrendously bogus distortion of numbers,”
Charlie Hall, a spokesman for Justice at Stake, told FoxNews.com. Hall
said the $45 million figure included groups that dealt with legal issues
but had no position on merit selection. He added that he could only
identify $2 million from Soros that went to groups that actively support
replacing elections with “merit selection.”
In an analysis of the Open Society Institute's tax
returns from the last ten years, FoxNews.com found more than $5 million
was explicitly earmarked for projects about either "merit selection" or
"judicial selection."
For example, OSI reported giving $90,000 to
Pennsylvanians for Modern Courts in 2007 to "expand and grow a coalition
in support of merit selection." It also reported giving $50,000 to
Justice at Stake in 2006 to support "public education regarding merit
selection."
OSI gave another $7 million-plus to Justice at
Stake, or to partner organizations with specific directions to support
JAS's activities.
Some recipients of Soros'
money were eager to defend “merit selection,” and said they only wished
Soros would give more money to the cause. "We are very grateful for
their support of our efforts," Marks said. Her group received more than
$500,000 over the last decade, but has not received money from OSI since
2008.
Elections, she added, discourage competent lawyers
from becoming judges just because they aren’t good politicians. “They
don't put their name in for nominations because they think they don't
have the political connections or access to dollars.”
And judges, she said, should be kept apart from
political forces. “Judges should resolve disputes based on evidence --
they're not supposed to be responsive to public pressure.”
But Pero pointed to a study by prominent law professors that found
elected judges were, if anything, more independent and took on larger
workloads than judges appointed by committee.
"We
began this project with the assumption that the data would demonstrate
that appointed judges are better than elected judges," the authors note,
adding that after looking at their result: "It may be that elected
judges are, indeed, superior to appointed judges."
And, Pero says, “merit selection” is inherently undemocratic.
"It would be a handful lawyers who would select judges… with elections, the people actually have a say."
Marks said it is wrong to call the merit selection un-democratic.
"Merit
selection requires a change in the Constitution, so a bill must... go
before the public. So when people say, ‘oh, you're changing the way we
vote’ -- yes, but only if the people want to change the way we vote."

Public Advocate...Sometimes...
Sometimes when I hear about the latest travesty visited upon America by the radical Homosexual Lobby, I just stand there in shock and disgust.
You see, Californian school children are reaping the consequences of their state’s over-sexualization of younger schoolrooms.
Even kindergarten.
A six year old boy was charged by his school with "sexually assaulting" another boy -- what actually happened?
A friendly game of tag.
But since the radical homosexuals have convinced the State of California to treat 5 and 6 year olds as if they were sexually active, the innocent boy was treated like a sexual predator.
Like the worst sort of criminal.
He was interrogated for hours -- without his parents -- until he confessed to this “crime.”
Then the school filed sexual battery charges!
My friend, I simply do not have words for the horror I feel at this story...
This is exactly why Public Advocate is fighting tooth and nail to restore America’s classrooms to a state of decency and morality.
As long as they are allowed to pump sexually perverted education into our schools, the school administrators and teachers will continue to treat these young children as if they were sexually active.
I'm afraid this is just the tip of the iceberg for California...
But in my heart I know it is not too late!
There are still millions of pro-Family Americans out there -- others just like you -- who are willing to support Public Advocate in this struggle to defend our children.
And I am proud to say that I will continue to lead this fight as long as I am able.
I just hope you will still stand with me.

Demand Employment Freedom for all Minnesota Workers
This week state lawmakers introduced the Employee Freedom Constitutional Amendment. This bill would allow voters to decide whether Minnesota should become an employee freedom state.
Employee
freedom laws guarantee
that workers cannot be forced to join a union or pay union dues. There
are 22 other states that have already adopted similar measures and
several others are currently considering this
legislation.
Why
is this necessary? Because workers should have the freedom to decide
for themselves whether they want to join a union. Minnesotans have seen
the recent example of Governor Dayton trying to unionize independent childcare providers. An employee freedom law would ensure that no individual would be forced to join a union against their will.
A report issued last week by the
Center for the American Experiment highlights the benefits of this legislation in terms of jobs and employee compensation.
TAKE ACTION: Contact your state lawmakers and ask them to support the Employee Freedom Amendment bill.

It’s Valentines' Day...not a real good VD
It’s Valentines' Day
………..and do these members of the Minnesota House and Senate members have a “SWEETHEART” Deal for you. They and their attorney and judicial friends want to break your heart and want a sweet deal for their own special interests, attorneys and sitting judges. They want all judges to be selected by fewer than 100 committee appointees, committees consisting of attorneys and special interest groups. These individuals support retention elections currently listed as HF1666 in the Minnesota House and SF1465 in the Minnesota Senate
They want to take away your right to vote on judges. They want all judges appointed. They want to be the ones to make all selections of who should be our judges. They want to take away local control from the local voter in the name of “non-partisan appointments” to the judiciary. They do not want to have ANY JUDGE STAND FOR ELECTION or to share their beliefs with the Minnesota electorate. They believe that the Minnesota electorate is ignorant and incapable of making any decision regarding who their judges should be.
Thank Rep. Joe Hoppe and Sen. David Hann for with drawing their support of this egregious piece of legislation. Call them and tell them "THANK YOU".
Action is required
Call
the Minnesota Legislative members listed below and tell them you want
them to withdraw their name from supporting HF1666 and SF1465. Do it now. And again in two days. And then again in three days. Vocally voice your opposition to these two very dangerous bills that will STRIP AWAY VOTING RIGHTS.
