Bill has done it again

district50ablog.blogspot.com

         Thanks for the feed Marc.
I have heard him in person, saying the following, maybe you have, too.

"Therefore, do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own." Matthew6:34

BILL HAS DONE IT AGAIN.

'They're standing on the corner and they can't speak English.

I can't even talk the way these people talk:

Why you ain't,
Where you is,
What he drive,
Where he stay,
Where he work,
Who you be...

And I blamed the kid until I heard the mother talk.

And then I heard the father talk.

Everybody knows it's important to speak English except these knuckleheads. You can't be a doctor with that kind of crap coming out of your mouth
In fact you will never get any kind of job making a decent living.

People marched and were hit in the face with rocks to get an Education, and now we've got these knuckleheads walking around.

The lower economic people are not holding up their end in this deal.

These people are not parenting. They are buying things for kids.

$500 sneakers for what?

And they won't spend $200 for Hooked on Phonics.

I am talking about these people who cry when their son is standing there in an orange suit.

Where were you when he was 2?

Where were you when he was 12?

Where were you when he was 18 and how come you didn't know that he had a pistol?

And where is the father? Or who is his father?

People putting their clothes on backward:
Isn't that a sign of something gone wrong?

People with their hats on backward, pants down around the crack, isn't that a sign of something?

Isn't it a sign of something when she has her dress all the way up and got all type of needles [piercing] going through her body?

What part of Africa did this come from??

We are not Africans. Those people are not Africans; they don't know a thing about Africa .....

I say this all of the time. It would be like white people saying they are European-American. That is totally stupid.

I was born here, and so were my parents and grand parents and, very likely my great grandparents. I don't have any connection to Africa, no more than white Americans have to Germany , Scotland , England ,Ireland , or the Netherlands . The same applies to 99 percent of all the black Americans as regards to Africa . So stop, already! ! !

With names like Shaniqua, Taliqua and Mohammed and all of that crap ......... And all of them are in jail.

Brown or black versus the Board of Education is no longer the white person's problem.

We have got to take the neighborhood back.

People used to be ashamed. Today a woman has eight children with eight different 'husbands' -- or men or whatever you call them now.

We have millionaire football players who cannot read.

We have million-dollar basketball players who can't write two paragraphs. We, as black folks have to do a better job.

Someone working at Wal-Mart with seven kids, you are hurting us.

We have to start holding each other to a higher standard..

We cannot blame the white people any longer.'
Dr.. William Henry 'Bill' Cosby, Jr., Ed..D.

WELL SAID, BILL
It's NOT about color...

It's about behavior!!!

PASS THIS ON AROUND THE WORLD!!!!!!

Round 1: Judge Rules For Anderson

Anderson V. Otto - Judge rules against Otto in Round One

Otto Hires Al Franken's Lawyer to Defend Her

At 3pm today, Judge Haydinger ruled against Rebecca Otto and her campaign, sending the violations of the Fair Campaign Practices Act to a full-blown hearing beginning later this week. And in a desperate move, Rebecca Otto hired Franken's trial lawyer, David Lillehaug, to defend her.

Despite legal maneuvers and arguments by Otto and Lillehaug, Pat has won the first round! But Pat needs your financial help and support to continue to fight Otto and Al Franken's attorney.

As you know, last week Pat was finally forced to file a formal complaint with the Office of Administrative Hearings. This was a last resort when Otto refused repeated requests to stop making false statements about Pat's record and well earned reputation as state auditor. Otto had been regularly sending out false information in an attempt to hide her own dismal record.

Since the complaint, Otto has been frantic. First, she denied and downplayed the charges, next she changed her web site to look like she never said the things that were false, finally she took the changes themselves down in an attempt to pretend like it never existed. And then on Friday, she ran out and hired the biggest Democrat gunslinger around: David Lillehaug. He was Clinton's U.S. Attorney and was Franken's trial lawyer during the Coleman - Franken recount.

This time Otto has gone too far. Pat has a great opportunity to expose Otto's false statements and Otto's undignified campaign. Pat is not afraid to go up against Franken's trial lawyer and the DFL Machine, but it isn't easy and requires resources.

Please help Pat by sending your generous contribution to the Anderson for State Auditor campaign today so we can have the resources to win this case. We must expose Otto's lies and lackluster record, and beat Al Franken's attorney once and for all.

http://patandersonforauditor.com/donate-to-pats-campaign/

P.S. Otto knows she is behind in the polls and will do anything she has to try to pull out a victory. Please help Pat today! We can win this race and send crooked politicians and their attorneys back where they belong -- out of our lives and out of our government!

Obama knows Barbara Boxer and his agenda are in danger

district50ablog.blogspot.com

Fellow Conservative,

A new Field Poll was released Friday that shows Barbara Boxer continues to be vulnerable and can be defeated. Though she currently is leading in the polls as a result of spending an incredible amount of money on vicious attacks on me, she has not been able to increase her favorability rating among voters. Despite the millions of dollars she's spent to draw attention away from her record of failure, 47% of voters still disapprove of the job she is doing. So it's up to you and me to get these men and women to cast their votes in favor of new representation in Washington.

This race is winnable, but I must have the resources to compete with Boxer's special interest-funded bank account. Will you follow this link to make an immediate donation of $25 or more? This race will come down to the wire and the final weeks are critical to our ability to defeat the U.S. Senate's most liberal, partisan member. Our final federal fundraising deadline is quickly approaching on Thursday. Any amount you give today will be included on this critical report that Boxer, the media and others will use to determine our campaign's strength. Please don't wait until it's too late. Follow this link to give today. Thank you!

ACLU-crafted court order criminalizes Christianity

"The case originated when two high school seniors in 2008 brought the complaint under the pseudonym of "Doe." The solution adopted by the school board was a "Consent Decree" crafted by the American Civil Liberties Union which since then has been used to threaten employees with fines and jail time for something as personal as praying over a meal." Media : Pat Anderson's Service As Auditor Was Very Good

district50ablog.blogspot.com

This is an email blast sent out by the Pat Anderson Campaign.
Love 'em or hate 'em, the media plays a big role in campaigns. They decide what news to cover, having the ability to frame the issues that are important to the voters. They also serve as a balance to the rhetoric coming from the campaigns by "fact-checking" claims made by candidates. It's an imperfect system but one which is necessary in an informed democracy.

Over the final six weeks of the election season, accusations tend to fly as campaigns make that final push for votes. It's the worse time in politics. Losing campaigns tend to resort to exaggerations, name calling and sometimes bold-faced lies. That is the exact behavior we expect from State Auditor Rebecca Otto; false claims and an attempt to muddle Pat's record of excellent performance. Otto's done it before - in both her legislative race and her 2006 race for auditor. In fact, she was indicted by a grand jury for false campaign practices in 2004. Not a good thing for someone in a position which requires honesty, integrity and transparency.

So here are the facts from perhaps the most informed sources out there. Back in 2006, Pat was endorsed by every major newspaper in the state. The Pioneer Press had this to say about Pat's service: "Anderson's office has achieved a high batting average of competence and integrity. ... Her office has tackled tax-increment financing and pension reform with innovation, held TIF seminars all over the state and begun measuring the standards of its own work under a "best practices" model. ... We endorse her return to office."

The Duluth News Tribune said "Good news or bad, Anderson can be relied on to deliver the numbers."

The Star Tribune commented in their endorsement of Pat that "...Anderson seems to be doing the public's work rather well...an overall performance record and management skills that some reliable, neutral observers rate as quite good .."

And other papers like the West Central Tribune said, "With a master's in public administration, she has run an aggressive office, serving as a fiscal watchdog of the state's 4,223 local units of government. Anderson should be re-elected as State Auditor."

We lay that against Otto's self-described record of "Getting no respect." Perhaps it's because she claims her biggest accomplishments in four years were a "telecommuting policy and bigger computer screens". Oh - and she has recently added to that. Her crowning achievement is now a staff report on how to better insulate government buildings.

Let the final stretch begin!

I just had to pass on this quote from Peter Schmuck, a Baltimore sports writer, concerning the indictment of Roger Clemens.

" Isn't it great to live in a society where the penalty for lying to a congressman can be up to 30 years in jail, but the penalty for a congressman lying to you is another two years in office. "

Desperation (a plea for help)

district50ablog.blogspot.com The following plea for help was sent to me through the FB group following. I know during this turbulent time and with everybody and there brother is asking for money to get elected to one office or another money and time is in short supply. So many of us are doing what we can to help save the country from the scourge of Big Government slavery. This is what Bryan is doing too, but his life is on the rocks. Bryan isn't running for office he is just trying to survive and do his part for the country he loves. I would like to put out a national call to anyone who could help him out with a couple of bucks after you read his story. Even if we had ten thousand people send a dollar it would go along way toward a noble end. I'll start the ball rolling with $5.00. Thank you in advance. This is not an easy issue of the RWR newsletter for me to write. It is being written to explain my situation and to ask, to beg for help. Why do I need help? Because I am broke! Why am I broke? I have been unemployed for two years and underemployed, working for temporary agencies, for the last five years and that is why I am broke. I did receive a small inheritance from my mother's estate which helped matters for about a year but that is long gone. In the last five years I've been trying to create the A1S8 Society LLC and whatever money I could afford to I invested it the Society.
What is keeping me from getting a job? The condition our economy isn't helping. What is really making it difficult to get a job is that I am 57 years old and not in the best of health. In 1995 I was in an automobile accident and broke my neck. The broken neck put me in a Halo Brace for 90 days and weakened the right side of my body. I no longer have the ability to run and lost about 15 to 20% of the use of my right hand. During the winter, if I'm in an air conditioned room or even a mild breeze causes the muscles on my right side to tighten up. When that happens I walk with slight limp until the muscles loosen up. However I am grateful to be able to walk. One of the doctors who treated me said I'd would be and was in a wheelchair for a while. To walk with an occasional limp is better than not to be able to walk at all.
As an entrepreneurial capitalist Conservative, Pres. Obama's favorite kind of people, it has long been my belief that if you can't find a job create one. Or start a business and create a lot of jobs. What kind of business should I start? Considering that politics, public speaking, writing, history, and public relations are what I am good it should be a business that utilizes those skills. How do you go about creating a business that will put those skills to use? The best way to learn how to do that is to do it. It certainly isn't going to be done with help from our government! I might be doing it wrong but I going to do my best and leave the results to G*D.
My desperation is due to the fact that the wolf is at my door. The only big bills I have are the ones I can't afford to pay. The bills for my land line phone & internet connection, my electric and cell phone are past due. The food I have in my refrigerator is dwindling fast and I have less than an eighth of tank of gas in my car. This problem can be solved in three ways.
1) I win the Powerball lottery
2) One or more people invests anywhere from $100 to $250,000 in the A1S8 Society
3) All of you join the A1S8 Society.
Since I'm not going to waste what little cash I have on a lottery ticket option 1 is out of the question. Option two is remote and if anyone knows of someone interested in investing in the A1S8 Society I am open to a negotiable commission payment. That leaves option three. I envisioned the A1S8 Society as a grassroots organization and option two isn't how a grassroots organization gets started. Therefore I close this issue of the RWR newsletter with a heartfelt plea for you to invest $25 in me and the A1S8 Society LLC.

Wrong Court Ruled on Arizona Law

District 50ablog.blogspot.com

This email sent to me by Gman, has anyone heard about this? It can't be on the level is it? If so they can just go ahead and implement and execute the law!!!

Wrong Court Ruled on Arizona Law

In a stunning development that could potentially send the nation into a Constitutional crisis, an astute attorney who is well-versed in Constitutional law states that the ruling against the State of Arizona by Judge Susan Bolton concerning its new immigration law is illegal.
The attorney in question submitted her assertion in a special article in the Canada Free Press. Her argument states in part, "Does anyone read the US. Constitution these days? American lawyers don’t read it. Federal Judge Susan R. Bolton apparently has never read it. Same goes for our illustrious Attorney General Eric Holder.

But this lawyer has read it and she is going to show you something in Our Constitution which is as plain as the nose on your face.

"Article III, Sec. 2, clause 2 says: "In all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, and those in which a State shall be Party, the supreme Court shall have original Jurisdiction. In all the other Cases before mentioned, the supreme Court shall have appellate Jurisdiction."

In other words, the Judge in the Arizona case has absolutely no Constitutional jurisdiction over the matter upon which she ruled. As the Constitution makes abundantly clear, only the U.S. Supreme Court can issue rulings that involve a state. This means that neither Judge Bolton nor the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco , to which the case is being appealed, have any legal standing whatsoever to rule on the issue. Thus, U.S. Attorney-General Eric Holder filed the federal government's lawsuit against the state of Arizona in a court that has no authority to hear the case.

In a related development, another explosive discovery was made by those who actually take the Constitution seriously. The Constitution specifically allows an individual state to wage war against a neighboring country in the event of an invasion, should there be a dangerous delay or inaction on the part of the federal government.

From Article I, Section 10 of the U.S. Constitution, we find these words: No State shall, without the Consent of Congress, engage in War, unless actually invaded, or in such imminent Danger as will not admit of delay."

No one who is actually familiar with the crisis at the southern border can deny that Arizona is endangered by the relentless assault of lawless Mexican invaders who ignore our laws, inundate our schools and medical facilities with unpaid bills, and even endanger the very lives of citizens with criminal drug cartels that engage in kidnapping, murder, human trafficking, and other mayhem, including aiming missile and grenade launchers directly at U.S. border cities from just across the Mexican border. This is every bit as much of an invasion as the nation of Iran sending in a fleet of warships to the Port of Charleston.
The Constitution that forms the basis of the rule of law in this country says that Arizona has legal right to protect itself in the case of inaction or delay on the part of the federal government, including waging war in its self-defense.

This, when coupled with the clear Constitutional mandate that only the Supreme Court hear cases involving the states, should be ample legal basis for attorneys representing Arizona to go after the federal government with a vengeance.

Governor Jan Brewer and the stalwart members of the Arizona legislature have ample legal reason to stand firm against the illegal bullying of an arrogant, lawless federal government. And there are established procedures by which Federal Judge Susan R. Bolton can be removed from her position as a result of her violating her oath of office to uphold and defend the Constitution for the United States of America ..
PRAY for AMERICA

A recent Investor's Business Daily article provided very
interesting statistics from a survey by the United Nations
 International Health Organization.

Percentage of men and women who survived a cancer five years
 after diagnosis:

   U.S.              65%

   England        46%

   Canada         42%

Percentage of patients diagnosed with diabetes who received
 treatment within six months:

   U.S.              93%

   England        15%

   Canada         43%

Percentage of seniors needing hip replacement who received it
 within six months:

   U.S.              90%

   England        15%

   Canada         43%

Percentage referred to a medical specialist who see one within
 one month:

   U.S.              77%

   England        40%

   Canada         43%

Number of MRI scans (a prime diagnostic tool) per million people:

   U.S.              71

   England        14

   Canada         18

Percentage of seniors (65+), with low income, who say they are in
 "excellent health":

   U.S.              12%

   England        2%

   Canada         6%

I don't know about you, but I don't want "Universal Healthcare"
comparable to England or Canada .

Moreover, it was Sen. Harry Reid who said, "Elderly Americans
must learn to accept the inconveniences of old age."

SHIP HIM TO CANADA OR ENGLAND !

He is "elderly" himself but be sure to remember his health
insurance is different from yours, as Congress has their own high-
end coverage!  He will never have to learn to accept
 "inconveniences!!!"

AND THE WINNER IS VERY INTERESTING!

The percentage of each past president's cabinet who had worked in
the private business sector prior to their appointment to the
cabinet.  You know what the private business sector is... a real
life business, not a government job.  Here are the percentages.

 T. Roosevelt........  38%

 Taft.....................40%

   Wilson ................52%

 Harding..................49%

 Coolidge..............  48%

 Hoover................. 42%

 F. Roosevelt.........  50%

 Truman..................50%

 Eisenhower........... 57%

 Kennedy..............  30%

 Johnson.................47%

 Nixon...................  53%

 Ford..................... 42%

 Carter..................  32%

 Reagan...................56%

 GH Bush................. 51%

   Clinton   ................. 39%

 GW Bush................ 55%

And the winner of the Chicken Dinner is:

 Obama................ 8%  !!!

That's right!  Only eight percent......the least by far of
the last 19 presidents!!  And these people are trying to tell our
big corporations how to run their business?  They know what's
best for GM...Chrysler... Wall Street... and you and me?

How can the president of a major nation and society...the one
with the most successful economic system in world history...
stand and talk about business when he's never worked for one?..
Or about jobs when he has never really had one??!  And neither
has 92% of his senior staff and closest advisers!  They've spent
most of their time in academia, government and/or non-profit
jobs....or as "community organizers" when they should have been
 in an employment line.

Mexico is angry...Three cheers for Arizona!

District50ablog.blogspot.com

I have seen this before, but am going to post it this time...Thanks Gman!
MEXICO IS ANGRY! Three cheers for Arizona

The shoe is on the other foot and the Mexicans from the State of Sonora, Mexico do not like it. Can you believe the nerve of these people? It's almost funny.

The State of Sonora is angry at the influx of Mexicans into Mexico . Nine state legislators from the Mexican State of Sonora traveled to Tucson to complain about Arizona 's new employer crackdown on illegals from Mexico . It seems that many Mexican illegals are returning to their hometowns and the officials in the Sonora state government are ticked off.

A delegation of nine state legislators from Sonora was in Tucson on Tuesday to state that Arizona 's new Employer Sanctions Law will have a devastating effect on the Mexican state. At a news conference, the legislators said that Sonora , - Arizona 's southern neighbor - made up of mostly small towns - cannot handle the demand for housing, jobs and schools that it will face as Mexican workers return to their hometowns from the USA without jobs or money.

The Arizona law, which took effect Jan. 1, punishes Arizona employers who knowingly hire individuals without valid legal documents to work in the United States . Penalties include suspension of, or loss of, their business license.

The Mexican legislators are angry because their own citizens are returning to their hometowns, placing a burden on THEIR state government. 'How can Arizona pass a law like this?' asked Mexican Rep Leticia Amparano-Gamez, who represents Nogales . 'There is not one person living in Sonora who does not have a friend or relative working in Arizona ,' she said, speaking in Spanish. 'Mexico is not prepared for this, for the tremendous problems it will face as more and more Mexicans working in Arizona and who were sending money to their families return to their home-towns in Sonora without jobs,' she said. 'We are one family, socially and economically, ' she said of the people of Sonora and Arizona.< v>

Wrong! The United States is a sovereign nation, not a subsidiary of Mexico , and its taxpayers are not responsible for the welfare of Mexico 's citizens. It's time for the Mexican government, and its citizens, to stop feeding parasitically off the United States and to start taking care of its/their own needs.

Too bad that other states within the USA don't pass a law just like that passed by Arizona . Maybe that's the answer, since our own Congress will do nothing!

New Immigration Laws: Read to the bottom or you will miss the message...

1. There will be no special bilingual programs in the schools.

2. All ballots will be in this nation's language.

3. All government business will be conducted in our language.

4. Non-residents will NOT have the right to vote no matter how long they are here.

5. Non-citizens will NEVER be able to hold political office.

6. Foreigners will not be a burden to the taxpayers. No welfare, no food stamps, no health care, or other government assistance programs. Any burden will be deported.

7. Foreigners can invest in this country, but it must be an amount at least equal to 40,000 times the daily minimum wage.

8. If foreigners come here and buy land... options will be restricted. Certain parcels including waterfront property are reserved for citizens naturally born into this country.

9. Foreigners may have no protests; no demonstrations, no waving of a foreign flag, no political organizing, no bad-mouthing our president or his policies. These will lead to deportation.

10. If you do come to this country illegally, you will be actively hunted &, when caught, sent to jail until your deportation can be arranged. All assets will be taken from you.

Too strict ?

The above laws are current immigration laws of MEXICO !

This will take less than thirty seconds to read. If you
agree, please pass it on.

An idea whose time has come

For too long we have been too complacent about the workings of Congress. Many citizens had no idea that members of Congress could retire with the same pay after only one term, that they didn't pay into Social Security, that they specifically exempted themselves from many of the laws they have passed (such as being exempt from any fear of prosecution for sexual harassment) while ordinary citizens must live under those laws. The latest is to exempt themselves from the Healthcare Reform...in all of its forms.
Somehow, that doesn't seem logical. We do not have an elite that is above the law. The self-serving must stop.
This is a good way to do that. It is an idea whose time has come.

Have each person contact a minimum of Twenty people on their Address list, in turn ask each of those to do likewise.

In three days, most people in The United States of Americawill have the message. This is one proposal that really should be passed around.

Proposed 28th Amendment to the United States Constitution

"Congress shall make no law that applies to the citizens
of th"e United States that does not apply equally to the Senators
and/or Representatives; and, Congress shall make no law that applies
to the Senators and/or Representatives that does not apply equally to
the citizens of the United States ."

You are one of my 20.(or so)
